By creating an account or using Hawish ("the app"), operated by Raed Method, you agree to these terms.
Hawish helps you set savings goals and track your progress. It does not hold, move or invest money, and it is not financial advice.
Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete it at any time — see the account deletion page.
Don't misuse the app: no attempts to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to it, and no unlawful content.
The app is provided "as is". We work to keep it running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for indirect losses from using it.
We may update these terms. If the change is significant we'll tell you in the app before it takes effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

بإنشائك حسابًا أو استخدامك تطبيق حوّش ("التطبيق") الذي تديره شركة Raed Method، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط.
يساعدك حوّش على وضع أهداف ادخار ومتابعة تقدّمك. لا يحتفظ التطبيق بأموال ولا ينقلها ولا يستثمرها، ولا يُعدّ نصيحة مالية.
حافظ على سرية بيانات دخولك؛ فأنت مسؤول عن أي نشاط على حسابك. يمكنك حذفه في أي وقت — راجع صفحة حذف الحساب.
لا تُسئ استخدام التطبيق: لا محاولات لتعطيله أو إثقاله أو الوصول غير المصرّح به، ولا محتوى مخالف للقانون.
يُقدَّم التطبيق "كما هو". نعمل على إبقائه متاحًا وحماية بياناتك، لكن لا نضمن توفّره الدائم أو خلوّه من الأخطاء، وفي الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون لسنا مسؤولين عن الخسائر غير المباشرة الناتجة عن استخدامه.
قد نحدّث هذه الشروط. إذا كان التغيير جوهريًا فسنبلغك داخل التطبيق قبل سريانه.
